Delivery Cost

Free delivery is provided on to retail orders on the value above £30. Any orders under this value of £31 will be charged a £4.99 delivery fee.

There are a few exceptions to the rule above that can increase the delivery time scale

DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE INVOICE ADDRESS

If you specify a different delivery address to the invoice address, we make additional security checks. These checks are to protect cardholders from unwanted fraud. These checks typically add 1 to 2 days to the delivery timescale

NOT HOME FOR THE DELIVERY?

Our couriers will make an attempt for delivering your order twice and if you are not home, they will leave a calling card with instructions, offering you the option to collect your parcel from the depot yourself or to arrange an alternative delivery date. Our couriers require a signature or your package can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you provide couriers with such instructions. Please respond to calling cards ASAP. Otherwise, the courier will return the goods to us. Sadly we are charged by the courier for this return! Your help is greatly appreciated to avoid this charge

ITEMS PRODUCED FOR A SPECIFIC ORDER/BESPOKE ORDERSIf you order a product that has to be manufactured, we will arrange a specific delivery time with you after we get the production date for your order

Please see below how pallet deliveries are carried

  • Our pallet deliveries are made to a kerbside location
  • We need to deliver on solid, flat surfaces to facilitate safe pump truck operation
  • We will deliver to ground level locations only
  • We cannot deliver pallets on steep inclines
  • Driver is not permitted to enter your property
  • Recipients should stay at safe distance from the vehicle
  • Pallet/packaging disposal is the responsibility of the recipient

Damaged Deliveries

Occasionally, you could receive damaged items due to poor transit circumstances. You have to check all goods before signing for them. If you find damaged items please sign for them as damaged. In other cases, it’s hard to get reimbursement from carriers.

If you received damaged delivery without signing for it, you have to inform us within 24 hours after receiving parcels.
